Why the name "Fat Anne's?"
Anne comes from my middle name, Brianne. Somewhere along the way, my family coined the nickname, "Fat Anne". From a very young age, I was passionate about becoming a chef someday, and I always said when I had my own restaurant I would name it "Fat Anne's". So I did!
